Nicor Electric Offers 14 Percent Lower Electricity Prices.

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Today Nicor Electric announced electricity prices that are 14 percent lower than what ComEd residential customers are currently paying.

The new offer is a result of the recently announced licensing agreement between Nicor Advanced Energy, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

The electric market in Illinois has been open to competition for several years, but it's only recently that new suppliers have decided to enter the market due to improvements in electric utilities' billing and collection services for other electric providers.
