Niche Resources to Enter Online Wholesale and Retail Business.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 8, 1999--Niche Resources Inc., (OTC BB:NHRS) to develop an e-commerce Internet retail and wholesale site for its cigar, leather, and distribution divisions.

The site will focus on distributorships and partnerships with its wholesale customers as well as sales to its retail customers. The company plans to concentrate on partnerships that will increase sales for all divisions rather than focusing on any independent division.

Company executives are looking to utilize the mass distribution capabilities of the Internet for worldwide exposure, increased distributions, online ordering and cross-marketing programs.

The site will emphasize marketing the products at Internet malls and affiliated stores. The Internet business model will focus on paying commissions to partners rather than fee advertising.
