NexTrend Analysis version 4.0, released today, offers LiveScan, a real-time scanning tool that continuously scans the market for stocks meeting user-defined conditions and filters. The exact second the conditions are met the user will see and be able to react with integrated trading. Users can easily customize their scanning by selecting the: exchanges; filters such as price, net, percent change, volume, and/or count; and scan conditions such as new high/low, new 52 week high/low, trade above ask, trade below bid, reversal up/down, and more. This new LiveScan feature is in addition to Market Scan that is incorporated into the NexTrend software and has over 30 fundamental and technical indicators to scan from.

Version 4.0 also delivers several new features including chart templates, chart time scale linking, chart compression scaling retention, optional double-click actions, additional hot key functions, market scan tool tips, News headline/story display toggling, EDAT Montage launching, link button enhancements, dynamic password changing, and more. In addition to the 22 financial news sources currently available, NexTrend will also be adding access to news from Traders Daily this month.
