Forest City's 42nd Street Liberty Theater is getting a large screen theater called a CineGRAND. It joins the 25 AMC (Advanced Mezzanine Card) See AdvancedTCA. Empire Theaters at the project which will also house Mdm. Tussauds and other retailers.
