Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc. has been appointed to provide architectural and engineering design services for two mixed-use towers and a parking garage on French and Somerset Somerset, cities, United States

The two mixed-use towers will include 100 units with residential condominiums, retail space on the ground floors and approximately 60,000 s/f of class A office space. The parking garage, which is conveniently located between the two towers, will feature over 850 vehicle spaces. Jarmel Kizel is the lead architect for the project, providing design direction to the team which includes Tim Haas Associates on the parking garage and Yezzi Associates on the Somerset Street tower. Jarmel Kizel is the architect for the French Street tower and engineer for both towers.

Jarmel Kizel has a long standing relationship working with AST Development. The firm recently completed the design of 100,000 s/f of office space, an 11,000 s/f retail building, 14,000 s/f of professional retail space and a 300-car parking garage in Plainfield, N.J. for the developer.
