Newmark-NJ assists Hartz Mountain.

Jaime M. Weiss, president of Newmark of New Jersey, Inc., on behalf of Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc., has negotiated a long-term lease for. ESCADA (USA) Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of the Munichbased fashion empire ESCADA AG. The lease is for 184,028 square feet of office, warehouse & distribution space at 621 Route 46 in Hasbrouck Heights. ESCADA (USA) Inc. will consolidate its warehousing and distyribution services and relocate its corporate headquarters from Manhattan. Hartz will also build a glass. enclosed skywalk to connect the office space with the distribution facility. The move will be completed during the first quarter of 1992.

ESCADA (USA) Inc. markets and distributes designer sportswear under a variety of labels including ESCADA by Margaretha Ley, Crisca, Laurel, Apriori and Natalie Acatrini.
