In a leasing transaction arranged by Newmark & Company Real Estate, Axel Axel: see Absalon.  Johnson Ores and Metal, the metal trading division of Axel Johnson, Inc., has relocated re·lo·cate

Enclosed area on top of a building. A penthouse can be an apartment on the roof or top floor of a building or a structure on the roof housing the top of an elevator shaft, air-conditioning equipment, or stairs leading to the roof.
 at 10 East 40th Street in Manhattan.

The 10-year leasing transaction, which has an aggregate rental valued rental value n. the amount which would be paid for rental of similar property in the same condition in the same area. Evidence of rental value becomes important in lawsuits in which loss of use of real property or equipment is an issue, and the rental value is the  at approximately $827,500, was negotiated by Edward D. Andrews of Newmark & Company Real Estate. Joseph P. Day Real Estate represented the building's lanlord.

Axel Johnson Ores and Metal was previously located at 110 East 59th Street. Its parent company, Axel Johnson, Inc., is relocating to southern Connecticut in spring 1992.
