Newmark closes Blockbuster deal.


Newmark Knight Frank Retail announced that Strawberry, the apparel and accessories store for women, has leased 2689 Broadway at 103rd Street, formerly home to Blockbuster.

The retailer will occupy 4,463 s/f on the ground floor with a 1,700 s/f basement at the base of this historic landmark building, known as the Marseilles Marseilles (märsā`), Fr. Marseille, city (1990 pop. 807,726), capital of Bouches-du-Rhône dept., SE France, on the Gulf of Lions, an arm of the Mediterranean Sea. . Strawberry is set to open its doors in early summer.
