Newmark buys pair of New Haven properties.


A pair of properties in Downtown New Haven Downtown New Haven is the neighborhood located in the heart of the city of New Haven, Connecticut. It is comprised of the original nine squares laid out in 1638 to form New Haven, including the New Haven Green, and the immediate surrounding central business district, as well as a , Connecticut, namely a six-story 340,000 s/f office building and a 112-unit hotel property, located at One and Three Long Wharf Drive respectively, have just traded for $44.5 million.

Eastern Consolidated's Ety Lee, senior director, represented seller while Eastern's Barry Berkowitz procured the purchaser, Newmark Holdings, headed by New York New York, state, United States
