Newmark arranges 2 leases for Park Avenue Tower space.


In two separate transactions arranged by Newmark Real Estate Services, tenants have leased approximately 12,000 square feet of office space at Park Avenue Tower, located at 65 East 55th Street in Manhattan.

In the first transaction, the investment banking firm of Unterberg & Harris has sublet sub·let
