* Rainbow Academy has signed a lease at 560 South Ave. in Cranford, N.J. Archie Schwartz Co. represented the landlord in the transaction. John Seivers, David Saltzman, and Douglas Twyman, of Newmark New Jersey, represented the tenant;

* Tacit Networks has signed a lease at 4041 Hadley Road in South Plainfield, N.J. Hope Brodsky and Seena Stein, of Newmark New Jersey, represented the landlord in the transaction. Douglas Twyman represented the tenant;
