Hugo Boss has leased 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail space at 132 Greene Street in SoHo for its first retail location in Manhattan, which will be called Hugo-Hugo Boss. The long-term transaction was arranged by Jedd Nero, Robert Gibson Robert Gibson may refer to:

In addition to the 132 Greene Street location, Newmark is working to establish more retail operations for Hugo Boss in locations throughout the country.

In addition, Retailers & Manufacturers subleased the entire one-story, 20,000 square-foot industrial property located at 3 Lincoln Drive in Fairfield, NJ, from INX INX Information Exchange
