Newest real estate job network is seizing the day.

A hiring frenzy to fill jobs in one of the hottest commercial real estate markets in decades has caused commercial real estate's top news, trade, and professional associations to band together to post their professional-level jobs.

They chose real estate's niche jobsite, SelectLeaders (http:// www.selectleaders.com/), to power their job network.

The new SelectLeaders Real Estate Job Network is a first in the industry. It brings together 12 premier real estate sites into one job network. Now every job posted on any of these sites will appear on all twelve sites. Candidates can search all the professional real estate jobs posted from any one of the sites in the Select Leaders Real-Estate Job Network including BOMA.org, CCIM CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member
CCIM Centro Cultural Islámico de México
CCIM Client Component Installation Manager (Microsoft)
CCIM Comité Consultatif pour l'Informatique Médicale
CCIM Command Computer Input Multiplexer

"It's not that the professional candidates are not on general jobsites, but they are among thousands of unqualified candidates that apply. They get lost in the shuffle of resumes, or worse, don't bother to apply because of the tremendous number of lower-end jobs that they have to search through. The big job boards are just too bloated," reports Susan Kane, Director of Sales for SelectLeaders.

"While this is a real estate job network, you don't have to be a member of one of the real estate associations or a real estate insider to search for or post jobs. Through SelectLeaders.com the top industry career sites are at your fingertips," Kane added.

"This is a tremendous benefit for members of every association. Job applicants feel secure because applications go directly to the job poster and, unlike general job boards, no one is allowed to screen the database."

As the network strategy takes hold and name recognition increases, SelectLeaders' management expects to see 400 new jobs added per month by the end of 2005, and eventually upto 1,000 added monthly.
