Perry's company is Weichert's fourth Manhattan affiliate, one of more than 280 signed franchise offices in 27 states. Perry traveled a non-traditional career path prior to moving into the franchise arena. She was licensed as a real estate agent 20 years ago, but with a master's degree master's degree n.
