DALLAS -- Delegates to Visit Telecom Acquisition Candidate and Explore Chinese Entertainment Content License Opportunity for Distribution through Multiband

:NMKT) and Intercell International Corporation (OTCBB:IICPQ) today announced a Trade Mission to China. Twenty software development executives and high tech investors departed on a ten day trip to visit NewMarket's operations in Shanghai and Beijing. The purpose of the trade mission is to generate software development and maintenance contracts to be serviced from NewMarket's operations in China.

NewMarket Technology has forecasted over $20 million in revenue from its operations in China for the fiscal year 2006. Recently, NewMarket Technology announced the reorganization of its China operations into Intercell International. The reorganization agreements exchange 2 million shares of Intercell common stock for one hundred percent (100%) of the issued and outstanding of NewMarket China. Management of NewMarket Technology will change the name of Intercell to NewMarket China after completion of the transactions. The preferred stock Stock shares that have preferential rights to dividends or to amounts distributable on liquidation, or to both, ahead of common shareholders.

Preferred stock is given preference over common stock. Holders of preferred stock receive dividends at a fixed annual rate.

Significantly, the agreements result in Intercell becoming a majority owned subsidiary of NewMarket Technology. NewMarket China has contributed approximately $10 million in revenue to NewMarket Technology's consolidated year to date of $34.2 million in profitable revenue.

The trade mission agenda includes introducing delegates to a telecommunications acquisition target. NewMarket has identified the telecommunications support service market as a primary emerging technology market for acquisition and growth.

The trade mission delegates will also be involved in NewMarket's ongoing development of a Chinese entertainment content licensing opportunity.
