), one of the leading children's video game publishers, announced today preliminary consolidated results for the twelve months ended December 31, 1999.

For the twelve months ended December 31, 1999, the Company anticipates recording record sales of approximately CDN (Content Delivery Network) A system of distributed content on a large intranet or the public Internet in which copies of content are replicated and cached throughout the network.  $35.0 million, of which CDN $33.0 million was from continuing operations continuing operations

The Company expects to report full audited 1999 results by March 31st and plans to host a conference call at that time to further discuss these results and the outlook for the coming year.

NewKidCo will chase Tom &Jerry into the new millennium as they release interactive adventures inspired by the crazy cat and mouse team for PlayStation, Game Boy Color and Nintendo 64.
