New web site helps track park projects.


Planning, Environment and Public Comment (PEPC) is an online collaborative tool that gives the public unprecedented, easy access to documents used in developing and tracking projects within the National Park Service. The public can access the site at http://parkplanning.nps.gov to find out more about projects at Yellowstone National Park Yellowstone National Park, 2,219,791 acres (899,015 hectares), the world's first national park (est. 1872), NW Wyo., extending into Montana and Idaho. It lies mainly on a broad plateau in the Rocky Mts., on the Continental Divide, c.  and other parks across the nation.
