During its first year of operation, Ridge Hill will generate an estimated $56.7 million in direct tax revenues for New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of State, Westchester County and the City of Yonkers-with Yonkers' share estimated at $15.2 million. Over a 20-year period, the cumulative amount of direct tax revenues will rise to $1.5 billion, with Yonkers collecting a total of $399.3 million.
