New version of Olectra chart charting tool. (Tools).

CompnentOne Chart 7.0 a replacement for Olectra charting tool, designed for programmers to create 2D and 3D charts, can be used with Visual Basic 6.0, Visual C++ 6.0, Delphi 4.0 and C++Builder 3.0 and 4.0. Applications developed with Chart 7.0 can be distributed with no run time royalty fees.

New Features & Functionality include:
