New tenant sets up shop in the Fashion District.


Adams Adams, town (1990 pop. 9,445), Berkshire co., NW Mass., in the Berkshires, on the Hoosic River; inc. 1778. Its manufactures include chemicals, textiles, and paper products. The Berkshire region attracts tourists year-round.  & Co. recently brokered a five-and-a-half-year, 7,000-square-foot lease at 148 W. 37th St. for Roni Rabl, Inc., a fashion design company, whose line has been featured in stores such as Henri Bendel Henri Bendel is an upscale women's specialty store, established in New York City in 1896. It carries women's apparel, fashion accessories, lingerie and loungewear, cosmetics and fragrances, gifts, and gourmet foods.  and Bergdorf Goodman Bergdorf Goodman is a major, world-renowned luxury goods department store based in Midtown, Manhattan in New York City. It is owned by Neiman Marcus. History
Beginnings

Jim Buslik of Adams & Co., represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

Roni Rabl, Inc intends to use the space, which features new windows throughout, for an expanded showroom, corporate offices, and design center of women's apparel.

The company is combining its existing showrooms previously located in the outer boroughs and at 499 Seventh Ave AVE Avenue
