The company leased 4,919 square feet, bringing the complex to 85 percent occupancy, according to Steven J, Pozycki, president of SJP Properties, Developed by SJP Properties in partnership with the Foster Wheeler Development Corporation, Crossroads contains two buildings totalling 135,000 square feet.
Northwestern National Life and its subsidiaries offer individual life insurance and annuities, employee benefits, retirement contracts, life and health reinsurance, and investment management services. The Employee Benefits Division provides employee benefits products and services to employers with 100 to 5,000 employees. It has a nationwide network of 21 sales offices.
Situated in the historic Pluckemin area of Bedminster -- a neighborhood characterized by restaurants, village stores and antique dealers -- Crossroads received the County's 1991 Land Development and Planning Award for its sensitive design and positive influence on the region. The property offers prime access off Route 206, right at the interchange of I-78 and 287. Yet, highways are concealed by master planning that preserved natural grading, mature trees and woodland.
