New subway for New Delhi. (The Beat).


In December 2002 India's second subway system opened for service in New Delhi New Delhi (dĕl`ē), city (1991 pop. 294,149), capital of India and of Delhi state, N central India, on the right bank of the Yamuna River. , one of the world's most traffic-congested cities, with 4 million vehicles.
