Toledo is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Lucas CountyGR6. , has licensed compounder RheTech, Inc., Whitmore Lake, Mich., to manufacture and sell in North America long-fiber thermoplastic A polymer material that turns to liquid when heated and becomes solid when cooled. There are more than 40 types of thermoplastics, including acrylic, polypropylene, polycarbonate and polyethylene. (LFTP LFTP Leech File Transfer Protocol ) compounds of glass and polypropylene using proprietary OC technology. RheTech will sell these products under the Rhemax name. Up to now, OC's LFTP has been available in North America only as an import made in Europe by licensee SABIC SABIC Saudi Basic Industries Corporation

RheTech will begin producing Rhemax products in the third quarter using PerforMax glass roving, which was developed by Owens Coming specifically for LFTP compounding.
