New scholarship established.The NSPR NSPR Netscape Portable Runtime (platform-neutral API) NSPR National Society of Pershing Rifles (US drill team organization Board approved to sponsor and fund the new Richard Trudeau Advocacy Scholarship program. The scholarship program is in the name of one of the "giants" in the park and recreation profession who was especially effective as a legislative advocate on the local, state and national levels. The competitive scholarship program is designed to recognize a young park or natural resources management professional who has demonstrated strong skills as an advocate for park and recreation resources. The $1,000 scholarship will pay for expenses to the NRPA NRPA National Recreation and Park Association NRPA Natural Resources Protective Association (Staten Island, NY) NRPA Niagara Regional Police Association (Canada) NRPA National Rifle and Pistol Association Mid-Year Legislative Forum and will be offered every two years beginning in 2007.
