New saw blades maximize yield and productivity.

Super Thin Saws has improved its line of IntegralFlange splitting saw blades. These saw blades are expressly designed for producing sawn veneer veneer (vənēr`), thin leaf of wood applied with glue to a panel or frame of solid wood. The art of veneer developed with early civilization.  wear layers for engineered flooring in various species, including tropical hardwoods. They are designed to be run on vertical arbor splitting units. The blades are available in a variety of cutting edge materials including cast alloys This is a list of alloys for which an article exists in Wikipedia (or is proposed but not yet written).

They are grouped by base metal, in order of increasing atomic number. Within these headings they are in no particular order.
and carbide carbide, any one of a group of compounds that contain carbon and one other element that is either a metal, boron, or silicon. Generally, a carbide is prepared by heating a metal, metal oxide, or metal hydride with carbon or a carbon compound. , and now they have even thinner kerfs; as thin as 1.1mm for the main blade and 0.8 for scoring.

When used in conjunction with appropriate machinery, these saw blades allow you to maximize yield without sacrificing productivity while producing top-quality glueable slats at feed rates up to 30m/min (100 fpm) with [+ or -] 0.03mm size variation.

The saw blades are available for double arbor and quad arbor machines, now with kerfs as small as 1.1mm (0.043 in.) for the main saw blade. Slat widths up to 150mm (6 in.) are practical, with the narrower widths using the thinnest kerfs. Although primarily intended for engineered flooring production, the saw blades can be used for production of thin slats and lamellas in other applications on the same type of machinery.

Saw blades are available in metric or inch sizes, and are always customized to the particular needs of each individual customer, taking into account:

* Material (species, moisture content, grade)

* Product (width, thickness of slats)

* Machine (RPM (1) (Revolutions Per Minute) With electric and electronics devices, RPM measures the rotational speed of the motor's spindle. Floppy disks rotate at 300 RPM, while hard disks rotate from 3,000 to 15,000 RPM. , feed rate & other variables.)
