New sales division at Elm.

At a time when many management companies are scaling back and offering fewer services, Elm Management is expanding its menu. This summer, the firm established a residential sales division, and has been handling an increasing number of sales during the past months.

According to Arnold Zabinsky, president of Elm Management, the company formed the division after significant demand from management clients.

Elm handles more than 18,000 units in the New York area. Co-op shareholders and condo owners at Elm's buildings are under no obligation to use the new Residential Sales Division's services.

The sales division is the latest in a series of innovations at Elm Management. Within the past year. the company has introduced in-house legal and accounting services, as well as a comprehensive building-staff training program.

Elm Management is located at 99-11 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills, New York 11374, (718) 263-2111.
