Epson has come out with its Stylus stylus: see pen.


(1) A pen-shaped instrument that is used to "draw" images or select from menus. Styli (the plural of stylus, pronounced "sty-lye") come with handheld devices that have touch screens, such as PDAs and video games.
 Photo R1800, designed specifically with the artist in mind. It is capable of making prints up to 13-inches wide and 44-inches long, and is able to print an 11- x14-inch color image A (digital) color image is a digital image that includes color information for each pixel.

For visually acceptable results, it is necessary (and almost sufficient) to provide three samples (color channels
 in less than two minutes. Epson also boasts that images are expected to last 200 years. It goes for $549. For more information visit www.epson.com.
