Withdrawal of Test Methods

The following Test Methods have been withdrawn by the Quality and Standards Management Committee due to lack of progress in its review:

* T 837 pm-95 "Measuring the Bond Strength of a Glued Manufacturer's Joint"

* T 273 pm-95 "Wet Zero-Span Tensile Strength of Pulp"
