RAT Music Stands Ltd. announces the introduction of two new music stand families, the Jazz and Concert Series, and has opened its first office in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The Jazz family of professional folding stands is designed for orchestras, music groups and individual performers. The line offers professional quality stands with the versatility of being highly portable. Jazz stands are fully adjustable in height and have similar stability to a fixed-stand and a full-size music tray with a pencil shelf. They fold in three moves to a flat pack no larger than the size of the tray and are lightweight yet sturdy sturdy

The Concert Series stands offer a choice of a wood or metal tray. The tray is available with an additional padded shelf for pencils. A concert conductor's stand with the same wood tray construction adds to the total wood look.
