New materials added to CPA marketing tool kit.Two new brochures and accompanying speeches have been added to the award-winning Adj. 1. award-winning - having received awards; "this award-winning bridge spans a distance of five miles" CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000. Marketing Tool Kit at www.aicpa.org/cpamarketing. Both the brochure and speech, "College Planning: Easing the Financial Burden," offer financial guidance to people planning to send their children to college. Additionally, the speech and brochure, "Securing Your Business Financing," discuss funding options for businesses and how a CPA can help to secure adequate capital to start up or expand a business. Members are encouraged to present these and other speeches from the CPA Marketing Tool Kit to local business/community groups to increase their visibility and help market their services. You also can distribute the corresponding brochures as handouts. All the brochures are available in black and white, two-color and four-color four-col·or adj. Planning includes attempting to make optimal decisions, projecting the consequences of these decisions for the firm in the form of a financial plan, and then comparing future performance against and business consulting to the wide spectrum of CPA services available to individuals and businesses. As a reminder, the CPA logo with the tagline "America Counts on CPAs" is also available through the tool kit. Members can access questions and answers on using the logo and printing instructions.
