New marketing strategy for 1042 Madison Ave. (Retail New York).


The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino, of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd., have a new marketing strategy for 1042 Madison Ave.: a market rental has been established and no key money will be sought.
