New loaders for powders, regrind & dusty pellets.

A new line of loaders includes a proprietary series of filterless models for regrind and dusty pellets, and a series of filtered units for conveying powders with two cyclones that reportedly ensure complete separation of product from the air stream. The new Cyclomax line is made by U.K.-based Colormax Ltd. and sold here by its parent, K-Tron International Pitman, N.J. The filterless series, Cyclomax Pellet Loader (C2K), is recommended for regrind and dusty pellets as it is said to overcome problems with dust and filler blockage from regrind. It conveys at a rate of 880 lb/hr over a distance of 10 ft. No filters are required, allowing maintenance-free operation. It reportedly generates no airborne dust contamination, and requires no compressed air.
