New liquid color and uv additives for PET. (Keeping Up with Additives).New liquid colorants and uv absorbers for PET are available from Milliken Chemical, Spartanburg, S.C. These FDA-compliant additives are non-settling liquids that do not adversely affect PET's physical properties. First, Milliken has now extended to PET the ClearTint color technology it first developed for clear polypropylene. These high-clarity, easy-to-mix colorants are available in a broad spectrum of colors not of the white race; - commonly meaning, esp. in the United States, of negro blood, pure or mixed.
