It will offer access to funding for new R&D projects, an interactive portal to collaborate online, promote sharing best practice and provide access to the very latest industry thinking, as well as specialist Commercial Managers who will translate technologies and needs, bridging the gap between academia and industry.

The Network is a joint project between Knowledge House--a collaboration between the five North East Universities, The Food Processing Faraday Partnership Ltd and world-renowned Food and Drink research organisation, Leatherhead Food International Leatherhead Food International, or LFI is a food research complex in the Town of Leatherhead, Surrey, England, with a history of over 85 years.
