New edition of Oxbridge Directory of Newsletters published.Oxbridge Communications Inc. has come out with the Oxbridge Directory of Newsletters 2003. "Another interesting development is the presence of advertising in newsletters. In the past, the absence of advertising was one of the defining criteria of newsletters.
