New chalet.New Chalet: Hotelier Waldorf-Astoria Collection, a division of Hilton Hotels Corp., has signed Park City, Utah's Dakota Mountain Lodge as the chain's first ski property. Partnering with Utah real estate firm DuVal Development, Waldorf-Astoria plans to add 65 condo units to the 197-room inn, set to open in spring 2009. |
