Colhugh beach, which has been blighted by vandals and drunken visitors. The by-laws came into effect from August 14 and ban overnight parking and camping, and make it illegal to light fires. Information signs are to be put up at the car park. Coun Gwyn John, the Vale council's cabinet member for leisure and parks, said: "These by-laws mean that anti-social behaviour will be addressed and will prevent any recurrence of the problems seen in the past." |
