New alliance with Equis creates opportunities for minority vendor.


Thomas J. Coates And Associates, Inc, a minority-owned real estate services firm, and Equis Corporation announced a strategic alliance aimed at helping corporations achieve real estate cost and performance objectives, while supporting minority vendor participation.

TJC/Equis, the new alliance of the Chicago-based firms, has a common client, The Coca-Cola Company, which was instrumental in bringing about the partnership. The alliance is currently working with The Hoeing Company on a significant leasing transaction in Southern California Southern California, also colloquially known as SoCal, is the southern portion of the U.S. state of California. Centered on the cities of Los Angeles and San Diego, Southern California is home to nearly 24 million people and is the nation's second most populated region, .
