New agencies hold promise for the Garibaldi Group.

The Garibaldi Group has been assigned to market for sale two buildings totaling approximately 423,000 s/f in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The Garibaldi marketing team will consist of Jeffrey J. Toia, Senior Vice President, Director; Jeffrey J. Garibaldi, President, Gerald E. Moore, Jr., Managing Director of Financial Services and Gerald A. Bower, Jr., Vice President of Financial Services. Assisting the Garibaldi Group in Pennsylvania will be Brian Glancey, Joseph Hill and Robert Yoshimura, of The Flynn Company of Philadelphia.

The Garibaldi investment sales team will market 71 Hanover Road in Florham Park, N.J., a two-story, headquarters-quality office building consisting of 219,104 s/f. Built in 1974, the property boasts a large cafeteria with a full kitchen, exercise room, five conference rooms, one classroom, one training lab, a locker room with shower facilities, a 6,500 s/f computer room and 844 parking spaces.

Skylights line each wing with openings to the first floor, affording an atrium-like environment, which provides natural daylight. Site plan approval has been granted through March, 2005 for the development of a 90,200 s/f, two-story expansion. The Garibaldi Group and the Flynn Company will jointly market 250 Gibraltar Road in Horsham, Penn., a three-story, class "A" office building, consisting of 204,087 s/f.

Located in the Pennsylvania Business Campus, the project is in close proximity to Route 611 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, as well as a host of area amenities such as dining and shopping. Built in 1984, the building includes a 235-person capacity full-service cafeteria, conference rooms and two loading docks in the shipping/receiving area.
