Its residential component, Birkdale and Lindrick, includes 255 estate homes. Phase one, Birkdale (133 home lots) sold out in early 2006. Phase two, Lindrick (122 home lots), includes home sites of an acre in the $1-$1.5 million range, but preferred builders are currently offering homes priced from $2.3 million to over $9 million.
