PMG, a Manhattan acquisition and development firm with over $3 billion in real estate assets, was founded by real estate banker Kevin Maloney and real estate lawyer, Ziel Feldman. Its diversified holdings and comprehensive portfolio include hotel, resort, residential and commercial properties, primarily along the east coast.

Mei, a 134-unit, 20-story tower with an Asian theme is now 98% sold. Construction is underway and the building will be topped off by year end. Delivery of condominiums is expected in fall of 2007.

"Mei was one of those rare examples of impeccable timing," notes Mitchell Schneiderman, who joined PMG in 2005 and whose singular objective is to continue residential development in Florida.

"The market has changed, so we're approaching it with more caution," concedes Schneiderman, "but the long term outlook is excellent, especially in the high-end ocean front sector."

In fact, the outlook for PMG's Concession is quite remarkable. The Concession Golf Club which includes a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course opened for play January 2006 and is selling memberships for $150,000. Its residential component, Birkdale and Lindrick, includes 255 estate homes. Phase one, Birkdale (133 home lots) sold out in early 2006. Phase two, Lindrick (122 home lots), includes home sites of an acre in the $1-$1.5 million range, but preferred builders are currently offering homes priced from $2.3 million to over $9 million. "We are continuing to see strong demand for quality developments," says Kevin Maloney, principal of PMG.

In New York, PMG is building new condominiums at 823 Park Avenue, 22 Mercer Street, 171 MacDougal Street and 333 East 34th Street.
