2 Robert A. Marchman has been promoted to senior vice president in the regulation group at the New York Stock Exchange. He will be responsible for coordinating and directing investigations and litigations, as well as contributing to enforcement policies and procedures. Marchman will also be responsible for units conducting investigations of potential violations by specialists and floor managers. He is the former vice president in enforcement.
