 Bank Corp., a bank holding company with $75 billion in assets. Rohr, currently president and chief operating officer, will succeed Thomas H. O'Brien, 63, who will stay on as chairman for another year, at which point Rohr will take over.

* Jeanne Jackson, 48, was named chief executive of Palo Alto-based Wal-Mart.com, the new independent company and Internet presence of the Wal-Mart retail chain. Jackson is formerly chief executive of the Banana Republic division of Gap, Inc.

* Mark Anderson was named president and chief executive of Fargo, ND-based Community First Bankshares, a $6.3 billion multi-bank holding company. Anderson, who had served as vice chairman of corporate services as well as chief financial officer and chief information officer, succeeds Don Mengedoth, who will continue to serve as chairman.

* Jim Taylor, 55, was named chief executive of Huntsville, AL-based Intergraph Corporation, a $938 million computer graphics software company. Taylor, most recently head of Intergraph's public safety business unit, succeeds founder Jim Meadlock, 66, who will continue as chairman.

* Dennis Madsen, 51, was named president and chief executive of Kent, WA-based Recreational Equipment, a $587 million outdoor equipment retailer. Madsen, who had been chief operating officer and executive vice president, succeeds Wally Smith, who had held the post for 17 years.

* David D. Olson, 44, was named to the new position of chairman and chief executive of DLJ DLJ Distributor License for Java
