New York Health Care Announces a Change of Its Ticker Symbol Effective Friday, April 4, 2003.

 Health Care, Inc. (Nasdaq SmallCap:NYHC NYHC New York Hardcore ) today announced that effective Friday, April 4th, 2003, its ticker symbol Ticker Symbol

An arrangement of characters (usually letters) representing a particular security listed on an exchange or otherwise traded publicly. When a company issues securities to the public marketplace, it selects an available ticker symbol for its securities which investors
 on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market will change from "NYHC" to "BIOB."

Commenting on the pending change, Jerry Braun, the company's CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  stated, "Shareholders look to the future, rather than the past. This change of our ticker symbol is intended to reflect the decision of the company's management and shareholders to chart our future direction through our wholly-owned subsidiary, The Bio Balance Corp., which we acquired through a merger earlier in the year. The development of Bio Balance's products and technology is at the core of the future of the company, and our new ticker symbol is our flag."
