, Managing Director of Wall Street firm, New York Global Group, recently spoke in Hong Kong at the "China and the Global Capital Markets" conference as an expert on China at the invitation of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA HKICPA Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants ) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants' in England & Wales Wales, Welsh Cymru, western peninsula and political division (principality) of Great Britain (1991 pop. 2,798,200), 8,016 sq mi (20,761 sq km), west of England; politically united with England since 1536. The event, which took place on May 11th and 12th in Hong Kong was the first joint conference between the two organizations and was assembled in partnership with The Royal Bank of Scotland

The conference brought together a distinguished line-up of speakers from around the world and across a number of professional industries. The additional speakers at the event included the Treasury Secretary of Hong Kong; the Vice-Minister of the Chinese Ministry of Finance; the Managing Director and Chief Executive for Citigroup Asia Pacific; the Managing Director and Chairman for Greater China of UBS Global Asset Management UBS Global Asset Management was the multinational investment unit of UBS AG, a very large multinational financial firm formed in 1998 from the merger of Union Bank of Switzerland and the Swiss Bank Corporation.  along with brokers, lawyers, accountants and institutional investors.

Mr. Benjamin Wey is the Managing Director of Asia business development for Wall Street firm New York Global Group. Mr. Wey is known for his expertise and extensive knowledge on China related matters.
