A key part of the operational security plan is ensuring reliable communications between federal, state and local agencies to maximize security and safety for convention attendees, visitors and New York City residents.

NYC Transit is using Eagle's exclusive SatMAX(TM) repeater technology with Iridium services from WCC to provide multiple, concurrent NYC Transit personnel using standard Iridium satellite phones with fully wireless, non-line-of-sight satellite communications inside key NYC Transit facilities.
