New York City Ballet resident choreographer CHRISTOPHER WHEELDON announced the formation of his new company, Morphoses the Wheeldon Company, which will debut in August at the Vail International Dance Festival and have later seasons at Sadler's Wells Theatre and City Center. NYCB principals like WENDY WHELAN, MARIA KOWROSKI, and EDWAARD LIANG and The Royal Ballet's DARCEY BUSSELL and ALINA COJOCARU are on board for the first season.
