 Raskob of the Kaufman Organization has inked four leases, totaling 6,173 s/f, for the Nelson Tower at 450 Seventh Ave AVE Avenue

Asking prices for all transactions ranged from the-mid-to-upper $40s psf.

"Many mid-size companies are taking advantage of affordable office space in an extremely convenient neighborhood. The trend has embraced this district and continues to persist," said Raskob, director of leasing at the Kaufman Organization.

Raskob represented the Kaufman Organization, the landlord, in the following transactions:

Park Hudson Hudson, towns, United States
Hudson.

1 Industrial town (1990 pop. 17,233), Middlesex co., E central Mass., on the Assabet River, in an apple-growing region; settled c.1699, inc. 1866.
 International renewed for 2,859 s/f lease and expanded its space to a new term; Chargeback Chargeback

 Recoveries Inc. renewed a three-year lease for 559 s/f; Healinc Telecom, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

 signed a three-year lease for 1,064 s/f.. Richard Lenchus of Michael C. Salghaver, Ltd. represented the tenant; Global Economic Transactions Inc. and Building East Corporation signed a four-year lease for 1,691 s/f. Micha Copelman of The Copelman Organization represented the tenant.

The four leases bring the Nelson Tower's occupancy to 99%.
