New Theater Building to add condos.


The New Theater Building at 240 East 10th Street in the Village is staging something new this season -- a 15-story addition with 37 two and three bedroom condominium residences. The building, the first, large-scale residential project to be launched in the East Village this year, is being developed by Jerry Rosengarten and Michael Waldman of New City Associates.
