New Sweet & Maxwell pub covers Sports Personal Injury.


Sweet & Maxwell (London), a unit of the Thomson Corp., will begin the publication of Sports Personal Injury: Law and Practice with an October issue. An annual subscription to the new monthly journal costs [pounds sterling]40.

Described as the first specialist publication on sports personal injury law, the new title covers all apsects of personal injury litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. The act or process of bringing a lawsuit in and of itself; a judicial contest; any dispute.

When a person begins a civil lawsuit, the person enters into a process called litigation.
