New Road Access Alto De Lipangue and Lobo Solitario, Chile.

LAKE ELSINORE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 16, 1999--

Medinah Energy, Inc. (OTC BB:MDIN) and Cerro Dorado Inc. (OTC BB:CDCH), have signed an agreement for a 50/50 cost-sharing program to upgrade the Road access to the Alto de Lipangue and Lobo Solitario projects. The road will be constructed from Curacavi to the junction of the Las Dos Marias Marias (mərī`əz), river, c.210 mi (340 km) long, rising in several branches in NW Montana near the Continental Divide and flowing SE to the Missouri River near Fort Benton. It receives the Teton River. The Marias is used for irrigation. Tiber Dam (completed 1956), located in the lower course, is part of the Missouri River basin project. claims.

Alto de Lipangue and Lobo Solitario properties adjoin the old road currently being used, which is suitable for small equipment and temporary access. The discovery of a new gold/copper hydrothermal ore deposit at Lipangue means more permanent access is required. Costs are not expected to exceed $60,000. Construction crews and equipment will be arranged by Medinah and work will begin immediately.
