 BB:MDIN) and Cerro Dorado Inc. (OTC BB:CDCH CDCH Child Development Center of the Hamptons (New York) ), have signed an agreement for a 50/50 cost-sharing program to upgrade the Road access to the Alto de Lipangue and Lobo Solitario projects. The road will be constructed from Curacavi to the junction of the Las Dos Marias claims.

Alto de Lipangue and Lobo Solitario properties adjoin the old road currently being used, which is suitable for small equipment and temporary access. The discovery of a new gold/copper hydrothermal ore deposit hydrothermal ore deposit
